Healthy self-care habits to adapt during the lockdown

This is a great time to engage in some self-care, something you probably never really had much time for before. 

Here are 8 healthy self-care habits you can adapt during the lockdown: 

1. Let your skin breathe

2. Stop adding heat to your hair
